Now fans can find your events in even more places.  Through a new collaboration with Shazam and existing partnerships with TikTok and Snap, Ticketmaster is making it easier than ever for fans to find your tickets right in the apps they’re already using.

“I love that you can now Shazam a song and immediately buy concert tickets on Ticketmaster,” said Meghan Trainor. “It’s genius!”

This year, 42% of fans have reported that they didn’t attend an event they wanted to, simply because theydidn’t know about it. Ticketmaster helps change that. These app integrations help ensure that your events are being seen by as many people as possible, in as many different places as possible. 

Global Integrations

Ticketmaster’s integration with Shazam connects your Ticketmaster events to your Shazam profile, so when a new fan Shazams your track, they can easily see your upcoming Ticketmaster events directly in the app. It’s the latest addition to Ticketmaster’s existing platform integrations – on Snap, fans can browse Ticketmaster’s complete catalog of upcoming events anywhere in the world on the Snap Map. And on TikTok, Certified Artists can easily add links to their Ticketmaster events directly to their TikToks so that fans can find tickets without leaving the app. All three help facilitate easier event discovery for both artists and fans.

And the best part? There is no further action needed from Ticketmaster clients. As part of our Distributed Commerce partner network, Shazam, TikTok, and Snap integrate with existing Ticketmaster technology to pull your events from the system and amplify them across these external applications – offering incremental fan reach at no additional cost or labor to your teams.
