Asia Pacific (APAC) is an incredibly exciting area for Ticketmaster with immense growth opportunities. Reflecting this importance, Jim Kotsonis has been appointed to the newly created role of Regional Vice President, Ticketmaster Asia Pacific (APAC). In this role, Jim will have direct oversight of operations across the region including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan. 

Jim brings a wealth of experience to the position, having just celebrated his 20th year with Ticketmaster. In this time, he has served in various Finance and Operations roles across the business, most recently having overall responsibility for Australia and New Zealand. 

Mark Yovich, Global Ticketmaster President commented: “Jim is a stalwart of Ticketmaster, he knows the business inside out. It is great to have him at the helm of our APAC region, where no doubt he will do a fantastic job of leading the experienced and passionate local team.” 

As part of the new APAC leadership structure, Anjelica Devoe will assume the role of General Manager – New Zealand and report to Jim. Anjelica will provide a unique perspective leading Ticketmaster’s New Zealand business having served in various roles at both Ticketmaster and Moshtix, as well as her experience working with the All Blacks Tours and FIFA tournaments.
